Plot (Spoiler)

After Quahog City Hall threatens to shut down Peter’s illegally run business, Peter joins the Tea Party and, with the help of Peter’s father-in-law, Carter, who reaps the benefit of all the chaos in Quahog, successfully campaigns to shut down the government. However, this ordeal causes the city to break down without a government.
