Plot (Spoiler)

When Chris wins a hot dog eating contest, Lois fears for his health and sends him (and eventually Peter) to fat camp to get healthy. There, they cross paths with a serial killer who seems to target fat people, which coincides with Lois’ brother Patrick being released from a mental institution. Meanwhile, Stewie is traumatized by the frightening cover of the Queen album News of the World.
