Plot (Spoiler)

Peter arranges for Quagmire, Joe, Cleveland, and himself to get imprisoned in order to avoid attending Lois’ special Thanksgiving dinner with her entire family and spend the holiday in the local jail. Due to overpopulation, they wind up in the state prisoner facility following their capture by Police Superintendent Chalmers (the twin brother of Superintendent Chalmers) (because lots of people had the same idea). The men all join various prison gangs after realizing they can’t survive alone. Peter must stab Cleveland as part of his initiation into the only jail gang that will allow him join. Stewie must divulge a secret he has been hiding from everyone in the meantime.
